This EGR Block-Off Kit is designed for Mitsubishi Delica L300 and L400 models equipped with the 4D56 or 4M40 turbo-diesel engines. Blocking the EGR system helps reduce intake soot buildup, improve throttle response, and may reduce excessive black smoke under load.

The exhaust block-off plate is pre-tapped with 1/8” NPT threads, allowing for optional installation of an EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) gauge.

- 1/8” NPT plug (for use without EGT gauge)

EGT monitoring is strongly recommended for turbo-diesel engines, especially during towing, hill climbs, or extended highway driving. The block-off plate is pre-tapped to accept the EGT probe for easy installation.
