EGR Block-Off Kit

 

Toyota HiAce KZH – 1KZ-TE 3.0L Turbo Diesel

 

The EGR Block-Off Kit includes everything required to bypass the factory EGR system on Toyota HiAce KZH models equipped with the 1KZ-TE 3.0L turbo-diesel engine.

 

Removing the EGR system helps reduce exhaust soot buildup, can improve throttle response, and may decrease excessive black smoke under load. The exhaust block-off plate is pre-tapped with 1/8” NPT threads, allowing for optional installation of an EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) gauge to monitor engine temperatures.

The EGR block-off kit is pre-tapped to accept the EGT probe, making installation straightforward.
